When my son needs energy, and I mean the type of energy that pushes you through into the night, as he’s a teenager who has been working 13 hour days, socializing at night, graduating and functioning on limited resources, I give him this!
1 cup Frozen Blueberries
1 Tablespoon Honey Peanut Butter or Almont Butter
1 Wheatgrass shot
1 Handful Spinach
1 Teaspoon Local Bee Pollen
1 Dropper of Adrenal Support Tincture
1 Teaspoon Maca Powder
4-5 ice cubes
1/2 cup – 1 cup filtered / spring water
Pop in the high speed blender and vroom vroom! Pour in a glass and enjoy!
