Thich Nhat Hanh is 89 years old and has some serious wisdom that he has gained throughout his life.  He was born in Vietnam and left when he was a teenager to become a Zen Monk.  His life is filled with meaningful accomplishments and has been so very generous with his teachings through his (over 75) books, talks and founded the Van Hanh Buddhist University as well as teaching at Columbia University.  These are only a few of the places he has impacted his followers and the people who wish to become more mindful in their lives.

The foreward of this book is by his Holiness the Dalai Lama and right away you feel inspired and calm and ready to bring awareness to the forefront of your life.  This book is a huge recommend!
