If you are on a budget and don't grow your own food, there are a lot of ways to get a better bang for your buck by using organic frozen veggies or making casseroles, large pots of soups and meals that you can freeze and reheat down the road. Julie’s Spaghetti & Fire Recipe
Spaghetti is one of my favorite Italian dishes! Sometimes I like to play with the recipes and add a little fire to the sauce to really give it a different feel.
