Homemade Fruit and Vegetable Rinse
Need a natural and simple pesticide wash for your fruits and veggies? To make a simple wash, get a spray bottle -- fill it half way with distilled white vinegar and the other half with water. Shake it up and spray your fruits and vegetables and rinse with warm water. For a more potent version, just add juice of 1 lemon and 1 tablespoon baking soda. Mix well! This wash can be used as a spray and scrub and other times as a soak for produce like grapes, cherries and apples that have skin with vital nutrients and enzymes.
